The project objective is to contribute to the TC's challenges, as posed in their national plans of development, by upgrading the students and the staff academic level (particularly at postgraduate level) and to promote the design of joint degrees between the EU and the TC partners while encouraging the emergence of new ones in the TC institutions.

To achieve the project objectives (to contribute to meet the TC's plans f development and to promote the launch of joint and new degrees), the partnership proposes a mobility focused in those fields related to TC's and partner institutions needs and constraints - agriculture, engineering and technology studies, economics and business, health sciences and Archaeology - paying particular attention to postgraduate studies, by means of a mobility scheme which favours the recognition of partial studies abroad while making possible complete studies in those fields that the home universities lack.
